Executives and Leaders need help in creating healthier organizational cultures without burning out or selling out.

Introducing a training that specializes in Executive & Leadership Coaching

How do you successfully coach executives and leaders?

  1. Understand the coaching strategies that yield results at the leadership level
  2. Conduct leadership assessments with compassion that facilitates change
  3. Inspire a leader to lead through their heart
  4. Help leaders create a motivated work environment, minimize turnover, and enhance morale
  5. Support a leader in having critical conversations to foster positive transformations
  6. Transform leadership breakdowns into breakthroughs
  7. Implement industry standards in Executive and Leadership coaching

Leaders get into leadership because they have a vision and a strong personality for implementation. Many leaders, consciously or unconsciously, can become stuck in their ways.

A powerful leadership coach helps integrate the intelligence of the leader with their heart by facilitating more inspiring and collaborative conversations. When this happens, it is a huge breath of fresh air for everyone in the organization.

Coaches come in and help leaders align with better solutions that leave a positive impact in all areas.

Let's talk solutions.

Helping a leader foster sustainable change requires focus on integrating these critical elements:

1. Linear thinking delivers linear results.
If a company has a single goal to achieve a successful bottom line, and they accomplish this goal, are they successful? Well, if their employees are unhappy and the environment is negatively impacted, we say no. True success is success cultivated in all areas not just one or two. Our coaches help leaders think Integratively and deliver comprehensive perspectives by considering the success of the whole.

2. Include all angles.
We teach you how to contract, conduct a 360, and craft a powerful leadership coaching program that is customized to the personality and goals of the leader you will be working with. Our approach is fully comprehensive and includes engaging all aspects of human intelligence: strengths, emotional safety, company culture, ROI tracking, and resiliency.

3. Leadership Coaching offers profound solutions!
Our coaches help support their leaders to step into their fullest potential and cultivate success in all areas! People are craving more integrative solutions. They just don't always know how to get there. This is where leadership coaching helps the leader shine. Our coaches help develop more integrated, resourced and inspired leaders.

Leaders have such a hard job. They often feel stuck between bottom lines, daily demands, and having to set aside their personal values to climb the corporate ladder.

Many leaders lose sight of themselves along the way to success, and sustainable solutions go to the wayside when they don't have to.

Many leaders want to be better leaders yet struggle with how to accomplish this and also meet their demands.

Program Testimonials:

"The LCS training through IICT is a refreshing view for many of us who have come up through corporate and institutional work on how to take management theory, environments, and performance assessments and transform these aspects into powerful coaching tools.

True to IICT's mission, the training is about integrating the skills and attitudes of leaders into personal growth tools that coaches offer to help their executive clients get to their next-level best. Building a professional brand and executive presence takes intention and at a certain point in every person's career, consciously overcoming the auto-pilot thoughts and behaviors that keep one below the threshold of their higher potential: a leadership-trained coach is the guide to cross that threshold.

Leadership coaching is a nuanced and specialized skill set: the IICT LCS training program helps coaches learn the transformational process to best serve their client's professional development while simultaneously developing the coach’s higher-level coaching skills.”

Megan Daly, MHA, CPIC
Senior Director of Innovation Labs

BANNER HEALTH in Scottsdale, AZ

“This course contains so many relevant coaching approaches to the issues leaders are facing. The tools are applicable right away and valuable in all coaching arenas, leadership and beyond. The level of experience the instructors bring into each lesson is invaluable.

The class engagement is well balanced between instruction and small group exercises and discussions. I loved how the program topics all weave together throughout the course. This program bridged the gap for me from effective coaching to effectively coaching leaders. Attending the LCS has equipped me to answer my calling to coach leaders!”

“I experienced both instructors as caring, authentic, and honest. I value the network building that occurs naturally with these groups - I love getting to know the other coaches in the group and see this as a strategic opportunity to build my resource network of support (people that I can turn to as a coach, peers!).”

Christy Anderson, CPIC
Executive Director for the Banner Health:

“I enjoyed the LCS program and learned so many useful skills to incorporate into my coaching with business professionals and leaders. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, and the classes were very informative. I also found the variety of tools and resources very helpful!”
