MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER
Dear Future Coach:
If you are here reading this now, I trust you have noticed a global dichotomy. On one hand, our technologies are skyrocketing humanity to new heights of innovation. On the other hand, our technology is growing faster than our collective emotional intelligence has, causing more issues than we've solved.
Many of us have opted to stop watching the news because of the negative bias and the disheartening reports bombarding us.
The good news is that the truth of what is going on does not have to define the truth of what is possible.
This is where we step in. The truth is that everything in this world is subject to cause and effect. Everything is interconnected. Humanity's most prominent problems exist simply because we have yet to collectively embrace our collective humanity.
That is changing. Positive impacts expand as companies, leaders, communities, and individuals lead more integrated, inner-connected, and self-actualized lives. Coaching skills play an integral role in the positive evolution of human potential.
When I was a young girl, I learned that one of my grandfather's grandmothers was a full-blooded Cherokee woman. She had married a full-blooded Irish immigrant who traveled to North America in search of a better life.
This led me to study not just Native traditions, but traditions and cultures from across the globe. I discovered that the Western approaches were primarily linear. Yet many other cultures were much more integratively intelligent. This is important and can round out our approaches.
What I also discovered is that coaching is a new form of eldership. When I was growing up, I looked around me and asked, "Where are the elders that existed on my Cherokee grandmother's side?" I looked around me and saw many olders, but where were the elders?
After graduating as a professional coach, I realized that we each have a true elder that is within. Coaching is a new form of eldership and leadership where people are beginning to learn from the Highest aspects of themselves. (And, yes, my last name happened to ironically end up being Elders upon marriage.)
If what I'm sharing resonates with you and if coaching has been calling to you for quite some time now, I invite you to join us and learn through the empowering lens of Integrative Intelligence!
