Our "Coach-Like" Leadership track gives you access to:
You will receive four 1-hour sessions with your Coaching Supervisor. During this time, you will create goals, milestones, and implementation strategies unique to your style and company culture.
- Expert Leadership Coaches.
- Expert coaching from a Coaching Supervisor.
- Proven coaching leadership strategies and frameworks.
- Support building out your leadership philosophy through a coaching lens.
- Support to implement the training directly into your leadership role.
