FAQs
Q: Do I need to be a trained coach to attend?
Not at all! We teach you the art of self-coaching. Coaching yourself can be simple with this easy-to-implement process because you already know yourself, and we believe you are your wisest counsel. With any trauma, it is helpful to seek the advice of a licensed therapist or counselor. You can take your self-reflections into any therapy session to gain additional support.
Q: What type of problems can I use this self-coaching process for?
Self-coaching is effective at:
Q: Is this process intended to take the place of working with a coach or therapist?
The rule of thumb we use in the coaching space is this... if a problem has become bigger than us and is too overwhelming to tackle alone, then hiring a counselor or coach (depending on the issue) is the recommended route. This is because we tend to remain in our personal fishbowl of limits when we are only self-referenced. Adding the perspective of a trained professional can help us elevate our life strategies even further.
However, knowing how to self-coach means that you can get ten times more value from any coaching engagement, or counseling approach you enter into. It is a profound supplement to anything you face in life.
Q: Who is this class best suited for?
People who care deeply about being the best version of themselves. This includes parents, spouses, leaders, clergy, counselors, consultants, business owners, government officials, thought leaders, and those in all helping professions. The more you step into your personal power, the more you help others step into theirs.
Q: Who is this class not for?
People who believe they have it all figured out, and are not interested in their human potential.
Q: Will this class be offered again?
Yes! However, we will charge tuition and additional instructors after this premier launch! We have other free options and love sharing as much as we can!
