Laurel Elders, MCC, CEC
Founder / CEO
Laurel Elders is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), holds a Leadership Principles Certification from Harvard Business, and is the visionary founder of the Institute for Integrative Intelligence.
Her passion for coaching ignited in 2005 after she experienced the profound positive impact coaching was leaving on human potential. Laurel is inspired to provide excellence in coaching, education, training, and mentoring. She champions a world where all individuals are afforded the opportunity to activate and contribute their unique gifts, talents, and purpose.
Her clientele and students serve as torch-holders for positive change globally. She is dedicated to shaping a brighter future by leaving a legacy that positively impacts the generations to come. Since 2011, Laurel has teamed up with profound thought leaders to provide you with the most innovative, comprehensive, and illuminating programs. Laurel is a natural integrator, combining prominent research with ancient wisdom to explore how their integration elevates human potential.
Laurel and her husband reside in Pennsylvania. Having raised four children, they now enjoy life in the country with two dogs, weekly kayaking, everything outdoors, and rock climbing.

Michael Tucker, M.A., PCC, CSM, CSPO is an ICF certified executive+team coach, consultant, author and speaker who is committed to the acceleration, advancement and conscious evolution of the human family. His expertise is in supporting organizational growth, leadership development, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by enhancing intuition, increasing empathy, insight decision-making abilities and collaboration among leaders and their teams.

Patrick Elders

Patrick and Laurel co-own the Institute. Laurel oversees operations, QA, training standards and student experience. Pat focuses on organizational strategy and outreach in the veteran communities.
Pat's career path began in the Air Force in 2003, serving in Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR). He has served oversees through multiple contingencies, including Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Pat continues to serve as a deployable AirGaurd reservist and First Sergeant. Pat and Laurel have four grown children, enjoy family time, healthy cooking, rock climbing, kayaking and outdoor adventuring. |
Nancy Smyth, MCC, CPCC

Nancy has been with the Institute since 2015. In the mid 1980’s, Nancy apprenticed with an Aztec Indian Medicine Man. Her entire apprenticeship was one of learning to see and recognize what was invisible to the eye. Life kept leading Nancy to lend a hand off the reservations as well, to more global communities. Loving the empowering process of coaching, Nancy studied and went on to receive a Master Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation in 2006. Nancy’s clients include Fortune 500 organizations, entrepreneurs, couples, and individuals. Her focus guides clients to lasting substantial change, both professionally and personally. Lauren Stidham, PCC, CPIC

Lauren is the right hand to school operations and student support. She assists with new student enrollment, helps current students get what they need, and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. She is also a full-time coach, HeartMath® Certified Trainer, instructor, and Institute graduate.
Lauren owns Blueprint to Bloom Life Coaching, where people can discover how to be the architect of a life they love. She cultivates a calm and thoughtful space for individuals to step out of limiting beliefs and experience positive possibilities. Her passion for helping others allows them to build a strong, balanced foundation and experience empowering growth. Lauren graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in elementary/special education. She taught 5th grade for 7 years then moved on to relationship-based sales. She has always enjoyed problem-solving, intellectual discussions, and acting as a sounding board for others. I am a dedicated coach & DEI professional with a deep commitment to personal growth and community empowerment. My journey is rooted in my Samoan American heritage, which has instilled in me a profound sense of purpose and responsibility towards my BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) and underrepresented communities.
My academic journey includes a Master's degree in Behavioral Social Science (Social Work + Counseling) from California State University, Chico, and a Bachelor's degree from Washington State University. I've come to understand that my true path lies in breaking molds and creating meaningful change. As a certified Diversity Trainer, I've led discussions on critical topics such as race, racism, gender, sexuality, ability, class, and Pacific Islander(s) issues. I am proud to be a CTI Certified Coach, a member of ICF Sacramento, and a certified coach with Leadership Circle (LCP) and Positive Intelligence (PQ). This coaching journey has been deeply fulfilling, as it allows me to guide individuals towards their best selves and to facilitate meaningful, lasting change. With over 20 years of executive leadership experience, specializing in sports marketing, branding, and licensing, people development, creative strategy, and program and product development, Jill brings a diverse skill set and acts as a Coaching Sherpa to her clients quest. Jill is a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Textiles & Clothing. She has worked for retail organizations including The Gap, Leviʼs, and Nordstrom before she moved into sports where she worked for the Oakland Raiders and the Milwaukee Brewers. |
