Laurel Elders, MCC, CEC
Founder / CEO
Laurel Elders, MCC, is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds a Leadership Principles Certification from Harvard Business. As the visionary founder of the Institute for Integrative Intelligence, she is committed to excellence in coaching, education, and mentoring.
Since 2005, Laurel has been passionate about unlocking human potential, inspired by the profound impact of coaching. She integrates research and ancient wisdom to create transformative coaching programs. Since 2011, she has collaborated with thought leaders to develop innovative and comprehensive training that equips professionals to drive positive change globally.
Based in Pennsylvania, Laurel enjoys the outdoors with her husband and two dogs, embracing kayaking, rock climbing, and nature.

She brings her experiences as Executive Leader, Emergency nurse, Outward Bound expeditionary learning instructor and Organization Development professional into her coaching. She utilizes expeditionary and experiential methodology to evoke personal transformation, team and leadership development as well as organization experience strategy. Kristen is an enthusiastic mother of five children and is passionate about living and leading boldly and authentically. Lauren Stidham, PCC, CPIC, BSEd
Dean of Students Lauren Stidham is a certified life coach and graduate from the Institute for Integrative Intelligence. She is also a HeartMath® Certified Trainer and Enneagram Specialist. Lauren was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and attended Northern Arizona University, where she dual majored in elementary and special education. Lauren taught 5th grade for 7 years then transitioned into the world of sales and entrepreneurship. For over 15 years, she trained and empowered hundreds of women while building up a spa and skincare business. In the Fall of 2019, Lauren felt called to the transformational work of life coaching. She opened her coaching practice Blueprint to Bloom to help her clients be the architect of a life they love. Many individuals struggle with the tension created by the “hustle for your worth” culture and feel like they’re not enough. Lauren is passionate about supporting others as they discover how to live life in a way that's empowering, balanced, and abundant. Lauren cultivates a calm and thoughtful space for individuals to tap into their possibilities and allow creativity to flow. One of her favorite coaching tools is the enneagram which provides incredible insights on navigating stress, communication, self-care, and integration. Lauren also uses HeartMath® techniques designed to bring the head and heart into alignment which builds much-needed resilience in today’s world. Nancy Smyth, MCC, CPCC
Director of Education In the mid 1980’s, Nancy apprenticed with an Aztec Indian Medicine Man. Her entire apprenticeship was one of learning to see and recognize what was invisible to the eye. Life kept leading Nancy to lend a hand off the reservations as well, to more global communities. Loving the empowering process of coaching, Nancy studied and went on to receive a Master Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation in 2006. Nancy’s clients include Fortune 500 organizations, entrepreneurs, couples, and individuals. Her focus guides clients to lasting substantial change, both professionally and personally. As a coach, speaker, artist, and poet, Nancy cultivates the experience, understanding, and expression of peace-filled solutions. In 2003, the Arbinger Institute invited Nancy to co-develop and facilitate training for coaches world-wide – The Choice in Coaching. December 2013 marked the 10-year anniversary of this mastery-level program. Nancy is also the course co-designer and facilitator for The Anatomy of Peace. She serves as Arbinger’s Director of Individual and Group Coaching, is a Global Leader, and an Executive Coach. Nancy is an invited participant of Conversations Among Masters, SupporTED, Ashoka’s Start Empathy Initiative, Planetary Dance and other collaborative projects.
