- TRANSFER STUDENTS -
You may qualify for a program transfer if you:
- Attended an ACC level program and wish to upgrade to your PCC.
- Attended other coach training programs and want to earn your ACC or PCC credential through our Level One or Two programs.
The Process:
LEVEL ONE GRADUATES:
Applicant without an ACC, submits certificate of completion of ICF accredited Level One program.
LEVEL ONE GRADUATES WITH AN ACC CREDENTIAL:
Applicants with an ACC in good standing may complete a program review with the Admissions Advisor to determine which part of the Level Two program they will start off at. Tuition is prorated accordingly.
APPLICANTS WITH PRIOR COACH TRAINING (non-credentialed):
Applicants wishing to transfer in whom are not ACC and did not attend a Level One ICF accredited program have the option to submit a transcript and recording of a 30-minute coaching session to access Level One proficiency for a $150 evaluation fee.
Applicant without an ACC, submits certificate of completion of ICF accredited Level One program.
LEVEL ONE GRADUATES WITH AN ACC CREDENTIAL:
Applicants with an ACC in good standing may complete a program review with the Admissions Advisor to determine which part of the Level Two program they will start off at. Tuition is prorated accordingly.
APPLICANTS WITH PRIOR COACH TRAINING (non-credentialed):
Applicants wishing to transfer in whom are not ACC and did not attend a Level One ICF accredited program have the option to submit a transcript and recording of a 30-minute coaching session to access Level One proficiency for a $150 evaluation fee.
- If the applicant does not pass at the ACC level, they will be given the option to take the full CPIC program.
- This requirement is waived if 10hours of Mentor Coaching has been completed.
- If the applicant passes at the ACC level, they will be permitted to transfer hourly credits and complete a program review with the Admissions Advisor to determine which part of the program they will start off at. Tuition is prorated accordingly.
PROGRAMS TO CHOOSE FROM:
Coaching Fundamentals
Fundamentals is our starter course and Module One to our Level One and Level Two programs. If you are applying for Level One or Two, this Module is included in your program. We offer Module One separately for anyone wanting to view the beginner's lens of coaching theory and practice.
LEVEL ONE: Coaching Foundations
Our Coaching Foundations track is LEVEL ONE ICF accredited and prepares you for the ICF Credential: "Associate Certified Coach" (ACC). This program is designed for professionals adding coaching skills to an existing career path in management, leadership, consulting or within a helping profession.
LEVEL TWO: Certified Professional Integrative Coach
Our Coaching Certification track is LEVEL TWO ICF accredited and prepares you for the ICF Credential: "Professional Certified Coach" (PCC). This program is designed for professionals that will be contracting private coaching clients, in the HR field, or putting employees through a developmental coaching program.
COACHING FOR EVERYONE SCHOLARS (CFE): We have partnered with CFE to certify the next generation of BIPOC coaches. CLICK HERE to review their program start dates and application. When you become a CFE scholar, they provide the support, cohort progress and resources, and we provide the training and certification.

Leadership Coaching Track (LCS) - offered seasonally
Post- Graduate Coach Training & ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) program for ICF Coaches transitioning into Executive and Leadership Coaching.
