The Application Process:
You may complete our Application process in four easy steps. Application holds your spot in the program until you make a deposit. The deposit secures your spot in the program. If you are applying for Level Two training, the date we receive your application secures any early-registration tuition reductions.
Enrollment Process:
Applications are processed in the order they are received. First come, first serve.
- Pick your program.
- Fill out our Application Form
- We will contact you within 2-3 business days to let you know if your application has been accepted.
- Complete the Enrollment process.
Enrollment Process:
- Receive an Acceptance Letter.
- Pay the $600 program deposit to secure your spot.
- Review and sign the Program Enrollment Agreement. (Review a sample HERE)
- Receive your Welcome Letter with Booklist and next steps.
- Schedule a 30 min Program Preparation call with the Dean.

PROGRAMS TO CHOOSE FROM:
Coaching Fundamentals
Fundamentals is our starter course and Module One to our Level One and Level Two programs. If you are applying for Level One or Two, this Module is included in your program. We offer Module One separately for anyone wanting to view the beginner's lens of coaching theory and practice.
LEVEL ONE: Coaching Foundations
Our Coaching Foundations track is LEVEL ONE ICF accredited and prepares you for the ICF Credential: "Associate Certified Coach" (ACC). This program is designed for professionals adding coaching skills to an existing career path in management, leadership, consulting or within a helping profession.
LEVEL TWO: Certified Professional Integrative Coach
Our Coaching Certification track is LEVEL TWO ICF accredited and prepares you for the ICF Credential: "Professional Certified Coach" (PCC). This program is designed for professionals that will be contracting private coaching clients, in the HR field, or putting employees through a developmental coaching program.
COACHING FOR EVERYONE SCHOLARS (CFE): We have partnered with CFE to certify the next generation of BIPOC coaches. CLICK HERE to review their program start dates and application. When you become a CFE scholar, they provide the support, cohort progress and resources, and we provide the training and certification.

Leadership Coaching Track (LCS)
Post- Graduate Coach Training & ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) program for ICF Coaches transitioning into Executive and Leadership Coaching.
TRANSFER STUDENTS:
You may qualify for a program transfer if you:
- Attended an ACC level program and wish to upgrade to your PCC.
- Attended other coach training programs and want to earn your ACC or PCC credential through our Level One or Two programs.
