The good news is that you don't have to do something as drastic as firing all of your managers! That would come with a great price tag.
 
Also, if the culture never gets shifted at the root level, the same problems will continue to surface regardless of attempts.

Employees, managers, and trainers can all learn coaching skills. That is attainable and the fast track to shifting the company for sustainable results.
