The axiom in the coaching world is “Get a niche to grow rich.” As with everything, this is 100% true for some coaches and not for others.
I was a coach who needed to niche to get the ball rolling. When I started my professional coaching practice in 2005, I was shy, introverted, and socially awkward. I was completely new to operating a business, had zero marketing skills, and was better at writing and one-on-one sessions.
Tabitha was a coach ready to go and grew a full coaching practice while still training. She became a six-figure coach within a year. She was my counterpart. She came in extroverted, socially empowered, had previous business success, and loved to speak. She did not need a niche.
Niching allowed the people who needed help in my specialization to locate me (versus me having to locate them). That is the power of specializing. And! Once they found me, they still referred me for general coaching outside of my niche because they experienced first-hand how my coaching empowers the whole person.
If you desire to set your coaching services apart from other coaches and expand your reach by specializing or gaining help in business development, we have developed avenues to help.
We are deeply passionate about helping coaches succeed and have been doing so for years! We know all the shortcuts, what to do, and what not to waste time on.
We know that training and certification is just the beginning. We love seeing our graduates become wildly successful!
We also noticed some challenges that new coaching business owners face. On the one hand, you know exactly how to coach the whole persona and invite massive transformation. How does this translate into a business?
We’ve developed three different avenues for those coaches who are passionate about expanding their coaching impact in the world.

Option #2 - Venture into Executive and VP coaching
We’ve learned that gaining corporate contracts and walking in with confidence requires specialized training in 12 key areas. We educate you on everything from contracting to executive presence and everything in between.
We also offer an option for two leadership coaching internships! (What school does this? None we know of!)
Corporate contracts start at $1,200 / month—a minimum of 6 months. Executive coaches make $300-$700/hr. We know exactly how to help you break into this very lucrative and fast-growing field. PCC-level training or previous corporate experience is required.
