Our Coaching Foundations program is designed for professionals with a heart for doing good in the world and passionate about empowers others to thrive! It is the perfect journey toward becoming a "Coach-Like" leader and adding coaching to an existing career path.

The Level One program is designed for professionals seeking to add coaching to their offerings or approaches. These professionals are often:
The Level One program offers a solid foundation in coaching mastery. The course content is ready for implementation starting in week two. The Fundamentals coursework applies towards full coaching certification, our CPIC year-long program , and ICF preparatory training. It also serves as an excellent stand-alone training.

What is included in the "Coach-Like" Leadership track?
Our "Coach-Like" Leadership track allows you to:
You receive four, 1 hour sessions with your Coaching Supervisor. During this time, you will create goals, milestones and implementation strategies unique to your style and company culture.
- Work 1-1 with a Coaching Supervisor.
- Implement the training into your leadership role.
- Customize your authentic "Coach-Like" approach.
- Gain key support on shifting from "telling" to "coaching".
You receive four, 1 hour sessions with your Coaching Supervisor. During this time, you will create goals, milestones and implementation strategies unique to your style and company culture.
