The majority of our students are busy, successful professionals who often have a busy home life as well.
Here is an overview of what to expect:
Live Online Instruction:
We conduct three to four 2-hour webinars each month. Within the webinars you learn how to deepen new skills, hone powerful techniques, craft your unique coaching style, and engage in conversations that foster growth. We take the last week of the month off, so that you can do practice sessions or review content.
Coaching Intensives:
We host two 3-day virtual coaching intensives. These are impactful, dive deep, and give you the opportunity to connect with the other coaches in your class. You will walk away with deeper connections, a broader understanding of each method, and equipped with exact tools you need to be masterful in your coaching approach.
We start at Noon and end at 7 PM (ET time) with a one-hour lunch break.
Certification:
After all course work is complete, you move into the Certification phase. Certification is self-paced and completed online at your convenience. Students are welcome to begin working on their certification requirements after Coaching Fundamentals. We provide a map for you to follow and adapt to your schedule as needed.

Integrative frameworks help you take your clients into new domains of their potential. Our curriculum is so powerful, we have students that sign up just for their own self-development.
- Personalized experience – Your lead instructor gets to personally know you, the goals you have for yourself, and your vision. We then teach to your goals, highest potential, and vision. Our class sizes are about quality of instruction, not quantity of students. We ensure quality by making sure our program is a good fit for your goals. Class sizes are a group of 10-12, capped at 16, to ensure our lead instructor has the time to fully be there for you.
- Personal success team – When you train with us, you gain a success team! We train to your goals in class and support your growth outside of class. We are available and passionate about supporting your success. You also join a thriving community of amazing warm-hearted professionals who all have a calling to empower others. Our alumni support, network, and collaborate with each other!
