- 30 Min Establishing Goals & Reporting Agreements
- 45 Min Establishing Purpose & Outcomes
- 2 - 360 Feedback Assessment - Pre and Post Results / ROI tracking
- 12 - 45 Min Coaching Sessions
- On-demand email, text, and 15 min scheduled “laser-coaching” phone calls between sessions.
- 3-Month Progress Assessment/Report
- 6-Month Progress Assessment/Report
