Jill Aronoff is dedicated to empowering professionals to reach their potential and create lasting change through interactive tools, straightforward techniques, and defined plans that integrate into all areas of the unique self. She partners with leaders to evoke personal and professional transformation, discover inner talents, silence that mental chatter that loves to whisper in our ears, and find the sweet spot of work/life balance through adventure and grounding oneself in nature.

Kristen is an Executive Coach serving artists and leaders. She brings her experiences as Executive Leader, Emergency nurse, Outward Bound expeditionary learning instructor and Organization Development professional into her coaching. She utilizes expeditionary and experiential methodology to evoke personal transformation, team and leadership development as well as organization experience strategy.
Kristen is an enthusiastic mother of five children and is passionate about living and leading boldly and authentically. Kristen supports leaders as they transition throughout their work by helping them tap into their purpose, their passion and their intention to achieve the results they are hungry for.

Michael Tucker, M.A., PCC, CSM, CSPO is an ICF certified executive+team coach, consultant, author and speaker who is committed to the acceleration, advancement and conscious evolution of the human family. His expertise is in supporting organizational growth, leadership development, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by enhancing intuition, increasing empathy, insight decision-making abilities and collaboration among leaders and their teams.

Tamica holds an M.A. in Leadership from Northern Arizona University and a B.A. in Organizational Development and Psychology from American Intercontinental University. She is a Certified Professional Integrative Coach (CPIC) and a Professionally Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.

Suzanne McFarlin, PCC, BCC, and owner of Step Up Leaders, is a board-certified coach specializing in executive coaching and leadership development. She received professional certificates for training services through the American Society for Training and Development and is trained in the StrengthsFinder assessment and certified in the Four Lenses assessment. Suzanne received a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Michigan. She has been a Professional Leadership Coach and Adjunct Instructor for MBA students at the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
Suzanne is involved in many community organizations and causes. In 2018, she was awarded the Greater Tucson Leadership Alumni Excellence Award and was a finalist for the Tucson Women of Influence. She has served as an Alumni Honorary Commander for Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. - 30 Min Establishing Goals & Reporting Agreements
- 45 Min Establishing Purpose & Outcomes
- 12 - 45 Min Coaching Sessions
- On-demand email, text, and 15 min scheduled “laser-coaching” phone calls between sessions.
- 3-Month Progress Assessment/Report
- 6-Month Progress Assessment/Report
