At the Institute, we value the success of our students by supporting them in every phase of their learning. We accomplish this by being upfront and open about expectations of support options, required specifications, and all deadlines.
Our enrollment agreement clearly outlines fees and policies for the student to refer back to as needed. We intentionally use language that is clear and understandable. We intentionally leave out legalese and jargon.
We conduct an annual program audit of the ICF Program Code of Conduct to ensure we remain aligned with training professionalism. All of our standards are designed to be respect driven, equitable, inclusive, and supportive.
We keep our word, honor our student’s highest good and provide an ethical environment rich with support. We keep our integrity by taking responsibility for mistakes we make and addressing issues with care and compassion.
