This is our premier post-graduate coach training designed for professional coaches that are eager to obtain corporate contracts as an Executive Coach. Executive Coaching is expanding rapidly!
Executives need support with creating healthier organizational cultures without burning out or selling out. Executive Coaches are being called in to help.
Executive Coaches gain efficacy when they apply twelve key integration points. Our program covers all of these and more.
Transformational Leadership Transforms Organizations
Leave an even bigger positive impact! Leverage your coaching practice by helping leaders integrate into their potential and develop their Integrative Intelligence.
Building on the foundation of PCC education, we instruct on the twelve essential methodologies for optimizing Conscious Leadership Integration. These include 360 Feedback, EQ Assessment, ROI Tracking, Coaching Culture, DEIB, StrengthsFinder, Psychological Safety, and Critical Conversations.
What does it take to successfully coach executives and leaders into their integration?
Leaders get into leadership because they have a vision and a strong personality for implementation. Many leaders, consciously or unconsciously, can become stuck in their ways.
A powerful leadership coach helps integrate the intelligence of the leader with their heart by facilitating more inspiring and collaborative conversations. When this happens, it is a huge breath of fresh air for everyone in the organization.
Coaches come in and help leaders align with better solutions that leave a positive impact in all areas.

Why we are here!
We have been delivering coach training excellence since our launch in 2012. We have collectively impacted hundreds of individuals, teams, and organizations because of our unique approach.
At the Institute, we are passionate about integration work. We are also passionate about efficacious leadership. This post-graduate program is a culmination of these two passions!
We also noticed that after a coach is trained in the core competencies, they often have to take additional programs and certifications to navigate sponsored engagements effectively or to up-level sponsored engagements. These programs can cost up to $3-6k each. We decided to bring all key educational elements into one single program. This saves the coach massive amounts of time and money while integrating all the modalities into one comprehensive framework.
Additionally, other executive training programs failed to provide an entry point. Breaking into the world of Executive Coaching and sponsored engagements can be challenging. To close this gap, we provide our students the option to complete two Coaching Internships and gain Supervision to ensure greater success!
We pride ourselves in delivering one of the most comprehensive coach trainings in existence. We combine all of the key elements into one high-impact coaching framework called Integrative Intelligence®.
Our trainers all hold PCC and MCC level credentials through the ICF. We are a proud member of the Association of Coach Training Organizations (ACTO) and carry an A+ accreditation score with the Better Business Bureau.
We are here because when leaders integrate into their potential, everyone benefits. We value being a part of the solution and supporting other professionals who feel equally called to leave a positive legacy with their life. We are invested in bringing the highest levels of training and mentoring into companies that are ready for sustainable solutions.

Program Testimonials:
"The CEC training through III is a refreshing view for many of us who have come up through corporate and institutional work on how to take management theory, environments, and performance assessments and transform these aspects into powerful coaching tools.
True to III's mission, the training is about integrating the skills and attitudes of leaders into personal growth tools that coaches offer to help their executive clients get to their next-level best. Building a professional brand and executive presence takes intention and at a certain point in every person's career, consciously overcoming the auto-pilot thoughts and behaviors that keep one below the threshold of their higher potential: a leadership-trained coach is the guide to cross that threshold.
Leadership coaching is a nuanced and specialized skill set: the III CEC training program helps coaches learn the transformational process to best serve their client's professional development while simultaneously developing the coach’s higher-level coaching skills.”

“This course contains so many relevant coaching approaches to the issues leaders are facing. The tools are applicable right away and valuable in all coaching arenas, leadership and beyond. The level of experience the instructors bring into each lesson is invaluable.
The class engagement is well balanced between instruction and small group exercises and discussions. I loved how the program topics all weave together throughout the course. This program bridged the gap for me from effective coaching to effectively coaching leaders. Attending the CEC has equipped me to answer my calling to coach leaders!”

“I experienced both instructors as caring, authentic, and honest. I value the network building that occurs naturally with these groups - I love getting to know the other coaches in the group and see this as a strategic opportunity to build my resource network of support (people that I can turn to as a coach, peers!).”

“I enjoyed the CEC program and learned so many useful skills to incorporate into my coaching with business professionals and leaders. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, and the classes were very informative. I also found the variety of tools and resources very helpful!”

Can I coach Executives if I haven’t been an Executive?
- Absolutely! Your expertise is in the coaching process.
What is the difference between Executive & Leadership Coaching?
- They can be the same. However, a key difference is between sponsored and personal coaching engagements. Sponsored engagements are paid for by a company and typically have additional goals or direction for the coach. Therefore, delivering a coaching program must include essential factors such as establishing a baseline and tracking ROI. Personal coaching in the Executive or Leadership realm is when the leader or executive hires the coach for personal coaching support outside of the organization.
- The CEC program educates each student to coach within sponsored engagements.
How many ICF CCEs is the program?
- Each time we run the CEC, we have to reapply for ICF CCEs. We are typically approved for 24 hours of CCEs (21 Core Competency / 3 Resource Development). Additionally, the ICF counts up to 10 hours of Coaching Supervision towards credential renewal.
May I take each module separately?
- Module One, training hours, may be taken separately.
- If you are already a leadership coach and do not need the internship or supervision, you may transfer your coaching hours in to obtain certification. If you transfer previous experience in, you still have the option to enroll in Module Three Supervision. Supervision plus training allows you to implement what you learn, gain personalized support and attain additional ICF CCEs.
- If you enroll in the Module Two Internship, concurrent enrollment in Module Three is required.
What is included in the Coaching Internship (Module Two)?
- After training is complete, students move into a coaching internship to coach leaders in the field and directly practice and apply their leadership coaching skills, enhance their coaching presence, and gain hands-on experience in progress tracking.
- Each coach is paired with two leaders to coach over a six-month period.
- The program provides each student with a contract, process, and materials to use in the leadership coaching programs they deploy. The student has the opportunity to extend any contract with the company privately upon the completion of the full six-month contract.
What is included in Supervision (Module Three)?
- Coaching Supervision is a key aspect to delivering efficacious Executive programs. In Supervision, the coach has the opportunity to experience being coached around their own professional development in Leadership and/or Executive level coaching skills and approaches.
- Coaching Supervision is designed to help the intern navigate their Leadership Coaching experience. Interns are coached through their blind spots, ethics questions, stuck points, growth curves, coaching presence, etc.
