Tabitha is a wildly successful full-time life and business coach. After working in corporate America, at the traditional break-neck pace, Tabitha decided to follow her heart, take a huge leap of faith, quit her job, pack up her house, and buy a one-way ticket to Africa. In her 5 months traveling abroad, she was able to better understand what she wanted out of life. She now enjoys a much more abundant and peaceful life helping others and aligning with her destiny through her coaching practice.

Laurel Elders is the Founder and CEO of the Institute
Laurel is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Foundation (ICF). She has been professionally coaching since 2005 and specializes in coaching women in high-visibility leadership roles. Laurel and her husband reside in Pennsylvania and are proud parents of four grown children. When she's not coaching, you can find her kayaking, creating handmade tiles, or rock climbing.
