We offer an in-person training option!
It's the perfect choice for someone who wants a learning retreat
in community with other like-hearted coaches
and cherishes the small group process.
PREREQUISITE: We require a minimum of 4 students enrolled in the in-person program to move forward.
LOCATION: The in-person portion of our program includes two 3-Day intensives. These learning retreats are held in the beautiful Sonoran Desert of Tucson, Arizona. The exact location of the meeting space depends on availability and number of attendees. We will provide you with this location 2-4 weeks prior to the training, so you can plan accordingly.
FOOD:
SCHEDULE: The Intensives always fall on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Times may change due to Daylight Savings. Check the current cohort schedule to confirm.
TUITION: $2,750 / per intensive
Tuition covers all materials, lessons, and small group mentoring. It also includes continental breakfast, three lunches, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea/water, and Friday night's dinner.
TRAVEL: You can fly directly into Tucson or fly into Phoenix and shuttle to Tucson. (Phoenix to Tucson is approx. 2 hours) We recommend arriving a day or two in advance to get acclimated and ready to begin your learning journey early Thursday morning. We end on time Saturday. Some students fly out of Tucson that evening (7-8 PM flights are the best bet) or choose to fly out Sunday.
HOTELS: We can provide a few hotel options close to the training. We also recommend researching AirBnBs.

FAQ:
Q: What happens if the four minimum applicant prerequisite for the in-person program isn't met?
A: In the event you applied for the in-person option and the cohort does not meet our minimum, the intensives will be offered virtually. Any tuition paid towards in-person training will be refunded 100%. If you have not paid tuition, the amount due would be invoiced at the virtual rate.
Q: How should I dress for the Intensives?
A: Comfortable business casual attire is best.
Q: What is the weather in Tucson like?
A: The summer gets really hot in the desert. However, every building has AC, so it can get quite cold indoors. In the winter, the temperatures are cold at night and between 40-70 degrees during the day. It rarely rains, but during monsoons there may be more rain than normal. We highly recommend you dress in layers and bring a sweater even if it's hot outside.
