Laurel and the coaching staff have done an amazing job.
I highly recommend this training. It is intimate, yet Laurel and all the coaching staff

Curriculum With A Globally Integrated Perspective
Integrative Intelligence® in Coaching
Integrative Intelligence® is a empowering new frontier in human potential based in humanistic psychology and scientific findings around wholeness. It is cultivating full awareness of the interconnectivity of reality, the potentials surrounding us, and the potentials within us.
Integration is a robust and life-changing process for clients to enter into. Whether you are coaching a CEO or a mother of three, you have a whole person in front of you. The integration process allows clients to access their inner wisdom and insights by being invited to experience their wholeness.
Integration work synthesizes ego awareness and the recognition of our wholeness. It is the inception point for developing potential. It is the catalyst for self-awareness and mastery. It is a way of expanding our way of being and into the self-actualized self.

Crafting an Integrative Coaching Program
When you begin coaching, there are many elements involved in creating your programs, policies, and procedures. It's important to design a program that's in alignment with your vision and your clients' success.
We cover how to craft and deliver a powerful coaching program that allows your clients to experience personalized support and growth. When a client has meaningful transformation in your coaching program, they will remember you and refer you to others for years to come.

The Enneagram: The Nine Levels of Integration
The Enneagram is one of the only personality assessments that identifies underlying motivations and pathways out of reactive stress responses and into conscious choice.
The Enneagram is used by companies, consultants, therapists, and coaches as a self-assessment tool for clients and/or employees. The Enneagram also helps people identify their location on the personal development spectrum.

The Enneagram is a wonderful self-assessment tool for clients to identify blind spots and action steps towards their healthiest and highest self. It also helps you learn how to identify your own patterns that limit and how to create your own path for integration personally and professionally.
"Accomplishment. Ceremonies. Perseverance. Growth. Knowledge. Awareness.
This program not only created opportunity in my life, but it also changed and developed my life.
In addition, I heard and saw the change in others touched by the coaching program.
I feel prepared with strong coaching tools to be of support to others.

Compassionate Communication & Coaching to Wholeness
IDr. Marshall Rosenberg, the author of Nonviolent Communication, researched global peace makers (Dr. King, Gandhi, Mother Theresa, Nelson Mandela, etc.) and human behavior to discover a language that brings connection, understanding, and compassion into the most tumultuous and difficult situations.
Through a lens of coaching, the four ingredients of Compassionate Communication help our clients increase their emotional awareness, process emotionally taxing situations, and craft strategies aligned with their core values.

The Neurobiology of Emotional Intelligence and Somatics
So·mat·ic - /səˈmadik/ - adjective
"Of, or relating to, the body."
Learning how to use the wisdom behind the body's natural feedback systems to increase client self-awareness gives the client a huge advantage in their work with you. The "gut", or body response, reacts 9x faster than the brain.
Additionally, the body's feedback systems are also not prone to self-deception, like the human mind is. Unlike the mind, which can be focused anywhere, the body is always in the present moment.
Understanding the role of somatics, and "body language", in coaching rounds out the coach's ability to get at what is beneath the surface for a client.

The Anatomy of Peace I & II
Instructor: Nancy Smyth, MCC, CPCC
In Nancy's segment of the program, the principles outlined in the Anatomy of Peace, by Arbinger, are explored in the context of coaching. She examines the 4 key ways "in the box" thinking shows up for us as the coach and in our clients.
When we do not realize that we are in a box... it is called self-deception. Arbinger's work offers a powerful way to recognize when we are in a box of judgment or limitation and how to get out of that box.
Learning the skills to recognize self-deception allows us to:
