Our wholeness is also the part of us that empowers, expands, and aligns us with our best-self.
Below is an eight step practice to help you access your wholeness and experience the healed part of you that can serve you in times of challenge.
I recommend you read each step first, then sit in practice. If you have a spiritual path, you may wish to integrate your beliefs, such as prayer into the process.
Sit with your wholeness for as long as you need. Allow it to fill you spiritually and prepare you for your day or sleep. Visit anytime you wish.
I've been teaching for decades that our wholeness is like the sun. The sun is always shining. While clouds can cover the sun, they can never remove the sun. So it is with our wholeness. Your wholeness is the one part of you that can be removed, even when it feels clouded.
