Expanding Wellness

I hope your July is going well. My husband and I visited Tucson, AZ, in the heart of the Sonoran Desert last month. We were so grateful when it was only 101 degrees out. A local joke!
 
​One reminder traveling gave me was about my health. Traveling and being stuck with fast food while en route messed up my stomach, leaving me very uncomfortable.
 
Emerson is quoted as saying,  “The first wealth is health.” I see why. When our health is intact, we can accomplish much more, do much more, and enjoy so much more.
 
Health is one of the domains that can impact us significantly. As we grow in our Integrative Intelligence, we can learn to honor this valuable aspect of ourselves.
 
This month, in honor of health and wellness, I wanted to share our new affiliation with the Wellness Universe (WU).
 
We have partnered with WU to provide their members with accredited coach training at reduced tuition.
